L&T-Construction Skills Training Institute provides forty five days free Skill development training to the under-privileged youth of West Bengal and neighbouring states. Free boarding and lodging is provided to the trainees. After successful completion, CSTI also strives to arrange for their placement at various construction sites of L&T.

    Class v (Min) to class 12 (Max) Pass

Eligibility :-

Age :- Aboe 18 years and below 30 years

Physical Standard :- Minimum  Hight -155 CMS

Minimum Weight :- 45 KGS
