Position :- Executive Assistant (Civil)
Qualification :- B.E/B.tech/M.tech (Civil)
Job Responsibilities :-
- Candidate with minimum 4 years of work experience as EA to Chairman or Director and assisted / coordinated for Project works.
- Should be from Construction / Infrastructure company and Project Execution experience would be and advantage .
- Should be able to take note of technical works and coordinate with HODs , departments , sites , clients and update to the Management.
- Should have the ability to exercise good judgment in multiple situations , strong written & verbal communication , administrative skills , letter drafting skills , ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities , Hands on MS Office , Internet , email & ERP .
