Job Description:
- Arrive at organizational level learning requirements from PMS & line Inputs
- Prepare & Maintain L & D Budgets .
- Device & facilitate fulfilment of learning initiatives
- Track Learning Development Plans
- Conceptualize & Mobilize adoption of eLearning modules & Content
- Identify and empanel requisite trainings vendors
- Ensure quality of training delivery & conduct periodic reviews
- Maintain training MIS , Feedback & provide periodic analysis
- Conduct inhouse trainings
- Conduct quality review of goal sheets & ensure goal sheets are uploaded on System
- Be part and actively contribute to mid - year & final appraisals
- Prepare & present organizational level PMS data
- Coordinate for Employee Satisfaction Surveys
- Present analysis & requisite action plans
Technical Qualification:
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes & compensation
- Strong L & D & PMS background .
- Knowledge of LMS & PMS implementation of systems
- Knowledge of Employee engagement surveys & implementation of action plans
