Positions

1. Process

FEED , EPOP , Basic , Proposal & Detailed Engineering incl . P & ID Development , System Hydraulics , Relief & Flare System Design , process simulation . Designer with relevant drafting experience in SPPIO , Auto Cad , MicroStation , Fire Fighting and HAC drawings.

2. Mechanical (Static / Rotating)

MDS , RFQ , TBE & V / P Review for Static Equipment ( Vessels , Reactors , Columns , Heat Exchangers , Air Coolers , Plate Exchangers & Tanks ) & Rotating Equipment ( Pump , Compressor , Turbine ) .

3. Instrument and Control

Basic & Detailed Engineering , including DCS / ESD Logics , Field Instrument selection and sizing , Procurement Activities ( MR , TBE , VP Approval ) , Control & Safeguarding system ( ICSS ) FAT , SAT Telecom & Security Systems Engineer ( LAN & WAN , CCTV , PAGA , FAT , SAT , PRS System , IOS , ISS , SCS ) .

4. Project Engineer

Monitor & Report Engineering Performance , Engineering Interface Coordination & Deliverable Schedule Management , Project Reports .

5. Piping

Piping Design comprising of Plot plan , 3D modeling in SP3D ( Piping , Equipment , Hangers & Supports , Drawings & Report , Weld map modules ) , MTO and Isometrics . Stress analysis ( static and dynamic ) using Caesar - II with knowledge of pipe supports .

6. Electrical

Basic & Detailed Engineering , including Electrical distribution system , Cabling , Lighting , Earthing , Substation Automation , calculation with experience in SPEL , ETAP & Site support .

7. Civil Structural & Architecture

Industrial Structures such as Pipe rack , Technological Structure , Compressor Shelter , Buildings , Equipment foundation ( Static / Dynamic ) , Drainage / Roads / Paving .

8. S3D Admin / S3D & IT Developers

S3D Admin for 3D Model Set - up , Mgmt & Coordination S3D / IT Development for 3D Model & Engineering Application Development .

9. Marketing Innovation Planing

Marketing Support , Client Account Management , Competitors Benchmarking , Managing / Planning the Engineering Innovative Tasks and Improvement Work .

Eligibility Criteria :- Engineers with full time B.E / B.Tech degree and Designers with Diploma / ITI certification ( with 3D Modelling & SP3D Skills ) in experience range of 3 - 15 years in EPC / LSTK Project in Oil & Gas , Petrochemical or Refineries .
