- Qualifications :- MBA
- Experience :- 10 yrs Experience in Mall operations and SOPs , local liasoning , tenant mgmt , Marketing and promotional activities .
2. Senior Manager Leasing
- Qualification :- MBA
- Experience :- 10 yrs. exp. in mall Leasing with sound knowledge of market , brands , LOI's and Agreements .
3. market , brands Manager Leasing
- Qualification :- MBA
- 7 yrs . exp . in mall Leasing . Knowledge of market , brands , site visits , catchment analysis ( Location : Delhi / Punjab ) .
4. Marketing Executive
- Qualification :- MBA
- Experience :- 5 yrs . exp . Sound knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing tools , execution of marketing and advertising campaigns , Mall Events and Decor . Coordination with marketing agencies for website development , 3D walkthroughs , E - brochures .
5. Project Manager
- Qualification :- Civil Engineer ( B.Tech )
- Experience :- 8 yrs exp . in Mall interiors and MEP works . Project monitoring and contract management within budget , timelines and quality parameters . Basic knowledge of PERT , AutoCAD and MS Office .
6. Billing Engineer
- Qualification :- B.Tech/ Diploma
- Experience :- 10 yrs . exp . in bill verification for Civil , MEP and Interior works . Sound knowledge of CPWD , DSR , DAR and AutoCAD .
7. Architect
- Qualification :- B. ARCH
- Experience :- 10 yrs . exp . in Malls , sound knowledge of interiors , Retails , MEP , Delhi Building Bye Laws , NBC , DFS Norms , Revised UBBL - 2016 .
8. EA to MD :
- Experience :- 5 yrs . Exp . in handling office and administrative works , coordination with various departments , good drafting skills , Maintenance of records , Internet skills and proficiency in English with sound computer knowledge .
9. Site Engineer
- Qualification :- Civil Engineer
- Experience :- 8 yrs . exp . in Contract Finalisation , execution and billing works ( Location : Goa ) .
