Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: B Tech / Diploma - Civil with 12 - 18 years of hands on experience in handling Client Billing & Sub Contractor Billing of EPC / HAM Road & Highway Projects. Must have executed 01 HAM Road Project of Value >500 Crores.
- Good in Material Reconciliation, Change of Scope (COS), Quantity Estimation, Preparation of BOQ, Preparation of Variation Orders.
- Know how of Budgeting concept.
- Software Knowledge of: SAP & Road Estimator / Calquon (Must).
- Should be working in a Road/Highway Project from the last 3-5 Years
The candidate should have worked in the capacity of Manager / Sr Manager or Head of Department on a minimum of 02 Projects.
