- Qualifications :- BE / B.tech ( Civil ) , PGP - NICMAR
- Experience :- 2 to 06 years
Job Description
- Study of Contract Documents and preparation of CAD . Interpretation .
- Interpretation of Contractual provisions .
- Drafting of contractual / Regular correspondences Identification and Notifying Force Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of time ( EOT ) .
- Preparation of change of scope proposals ( COS ) Document management .
- Risk Assessment retreated to Contract Agreement . Preparation of MPRS and MIS reports .Claim Management .
- Should be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel / MS Word .
