1. Chief Financial officer (MAN01)
- CA with 15-20 years' experience in Group Reporting, Treasury & Cash Management, Debt Facilities, Risk Management and Audits, Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance, Insurance, Contract Management and Terms of Trade, Accounting Projects & Analysis, execute financial strategy. Experience in listed company will be an added advantage.
- Age - 38-45 years
2. Vice President / General Manager - Projects - (MAN02)
B.E. (Civil)/D.C.E with 20-25 years' experience in construction, out of which he should have independently handled large residential projects for atleast 5 years. Competent in project management and ability to meet tight schedules, deal with clients, consultants and contractors is a must.
- Age - 40-45 years
- B.E. (Civil)/D.C.E with 15-20 years' of field experience in large projects/sites with ability to control costs and quality, planning, manage people, experience in dealing with consultants and contractors is a must.
- Age - 35-40 years
- Architect with 8-10 years' experience with an Architectural Firms only. Should have worked on the following types of Projects - 5 Star Hotel, Club House of Residential Projects, Residential Buildings - at least 1 High Rise Project, Commercial Properties, Interiors & Facades. International work experience would be an added advantage. Share detailed Project Work Profile along with the resume.
- Age - 28-35 years
- CA with 4-6 years' experience in Corporate and Partnership accounting, Consolidation accounting procedures, Accounting Standards IND AS, Company Law provisions, Statutory Compliances of Companies/ LLPs/ Firms. Must have knowledge of Direct Taxation, compile details for Income Tax scrutiny matters, Tax audit, and faceless assessments/transfer pricing.
