Recruitment for a Road In Africa

Position

1. Team Leader (Road/Civil Engineer)

Qualifications - Engineering degree in civil engineering or public works (or equivalent)
Experience - Minimum 15 years in public works with at least 2 experiences as head of mission in the supervision of road works .
Language Expertise - Speak and write French fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
2. Road Engineer/Quality Assurance
Qualifications - Master's degree in civil engineering or a Civil engineering degree (or equivalent) .
Experience - Minimum 10 years of construction supervision experience as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control engineer .

3. Geotechnical Engineer/Materials

Qualifications - Master's degree in civil engineering or public works (with specialization in geotechnics), earth sciences, or equivalent.
Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience managing geotechnical campaign and materials testing programs for QA/QC .

4. Survey Engineer

Qualifications - Diploma (Bac+ 4) in surveying, geomatics or equivalent engineering .
Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in topography: Mastery of the CAD environment (AutoCAD, COVADIS and topographic software),

5. Hydrology/Hydraulics specialist

Qualifications - Engineering degree in civil engineering or equivalent (Bac+ 4)
Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and supervision of road drainage works including sewerage networks and hydraulic works (culverts), At least 2 experiences as a hydrologist in the supervision of road works of comparable scale.

6. Environmental and Social Specialist

Qualifications - University degree in environmental sciences or equivalent (at least Bac+ 4)
Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising environmental and social safeguards for road works; 1 Project experience with IFC Performance Standards, or World Bank Environmental and Social Safeguard Policies or Equator Principles, or other equivalent standards.

7. Procurement Specialist

Qualifications - University degree in engineering, economics or law (at least Bac+4)
Experience - Minimum 5 years experience in procurement either as a PM manager or as a member of the procurement committee 3 years of experience in procurement in an administration or a project financed by the World Bank; Participation in the evaluation of works contracts will be considered an asset .
