Position: Various positions available
1. Project Manager:
- Job profile: Managing site activities, coordinating with authority engineers, staff management, and coordination with the head office and designer.
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech or M.Tech in Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 18 years.
- Location: Road Project (NIIDCL) - Doda (JK).
2. Junior Billing Engineer:
- Job profile: Preparation of BOQ, BBS, Bar Chart, Strip Chart, MPA, DPR, sub-contractor billing, RFI record, etc.
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2-3 years, AutoCAD (Nway ERP will be preferred).
- Location: Road Project (NHIDCL) - Doda (J&K), Road Project (NHAI) - Kangra (HP).
3. Supervisor:
- Job profile: Candidates should have experience in highway flexible pavement works, with a preference for those with experience in hill cutting and retaining structures.
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or above.
- Experience: 2-4 years.
- Location: Road Project (NHIDCL) - Doda (JK).
4. Maintenance Engineer:
- Job profile: Candidates should have experience in the maintenance of both rigid and flexible pavement.
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Experience: 4 years.
- Location: Maintenance Project (MCRI&H) - Morena (MLP).
5. Liaison Manager:
- Job profile: Liaison with government departments, land acquisition, legal matters, registrations, permissions, approvals, and coordination with police departments, among others.
- Qualification: Minimum graduation.
- Experience: 10-15 years.
- Location: Road Project (NHAI) - Bantana (UK).
6. HR & Admin Executive:
- Job profile: Attendance and leave management, joining and exit formalities, grievance handling, and coordination with various departments.
- Qualification: Minimum graduation.
- Experience: 2-5 years, working in Nway ERP.
- Location: Road Project (NHAI) - Doda (JK), Road Project (NHAI) - Kangra (HP).
