WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking to hire Safety Officer/ Sr. Safety Officer, land surveyor, and draughtsman who have experience of working in structure, finishes, and facades in high-rise building projects.
1. SAFETY OFFICER/ SR. SAFETY OFFICER
Education : Any Degree/ Nebosh
Experience: 5+ years
Role : To guarantee continuous safety on the project, perform regular inspections, safety campaigns, and training. Enforce the company's safety plan and proactively identify hazardous conditions at the worksite.
LAND SURVEYOR
Education : Diploma Civil
Experience : 5+ years of relevant work experience
Role : Responsible for conducting a pre-project survey to establish survey points (for Structure and Façade). Preparation of as-built drawings upon completion of Structure for each level.
DRAUGHTSMAN
Education : Diploma Civil
Experience : 3+ years of Structure / Finishes / MEP / Façade drafting experience
Role : Responsible for drafting and submitting working and shop drawings to the consultant, and reviewing and submitting subcontractor shop drawings. Keep the team informed of all drawing revisions and updates.
