The Company manufactures equipment conforming to international standards of quality and safety , to meet stringent schedules .

Position

1. DESIGN / FEA ( 0522DES )

She / he must have experience in static equipment design & familiarity with refinery / petro chemical process licensors specifications & standards . Experience in design software like PV - Elite , Compress & FE analyses software like Ansys , UGNX etc. Familiarity with International standards like ASME Sec - VIII Div 1,2 .

2. PROPOSAL & ESTIMATION ( 0522EST )

She / he should possess hands - on experience of Bill of Quantities ( BOQ ) , Cost estimation and technical Proposal preparation for heat transfer equipment / reactor pressure vessels . Working knowledge of codes incl . ASME Sec VIII Div.1 , 2. Proficiency in design software like PV - Elite AutoCAD or any 3D tools will be an added advantage .

3. PLANNING / PMG ( 0522PMG )

She / he should possess hands - on experience of Resource Planning , Quality standards requirements , Project Scheduling , Manpower Management , Risk Management , Client Management . Must have ability to interpret production drawings , vendor development , customer interactions , Safety regulations and execution of projects as per estimates .

4. MANUFACTURING SHOPS ( 0522SHOP )

She/he must be able to interpret Engineering drawings and undertake effective shop floor management . Should possess experience in fabrication industries involved in manufacturing pressure vessels , heat exchangers , etc. Must have ability manage customer interactions , safety regulations and execution of projects as per production schedules .

5. QUALITY CONTROL & NDE ( 0522QC )

She/he must be able to conduct inspection as per drawings / specification and ASME codes , prepare measurement protocols , coordinate with TPI / customers for routine Inspection , prepare and compile acceptance data package / final documentation , and carry out dimensional Inspection using optical / metrology instruments.ASNT Level 2 Certified candidate preferrable.

6. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ( 0522SUP )

She / he should have hands - on experience of sourcing of materials & services in oil and gas projects / pressure vessels , heat exchangers , reactors for fertilizer & petrochemical industry Strong domain expertise in Inventory control , vendor management & customer negotiations Knowledge of material handling processes , taxation , ERP systems & MS Office ,

7. SITE EXECUTION - MODIFICATIONS REVAMP & UPGRADATION ( 0522SITE )

She / he must have experience on site supervision , manufacturing process , NDT techniques & drawing reading for static / rotary / piping equipment . Should be familiar with ERP systems , Quality Management Systems & HSE protocols . Should be able to adopt advance manufacturing techniques & digitalisation in manufacturing . Should be able to adhere to strict project deadlines .
