We have urgent openings for qualified , competent , experienced and proactive " MEP Execution Managers " for one of our projects in Delhi NCR region . The incumbents will be responsible for the execution of MEP works for a major R & D complex . Candidates who have worked with reputed construction contracting companies and experienced in MEP execution for major projects will be preferred . The candidates must be able to demonstrate core experience and capabilities in managing and delivering similar projects with stringent requirements of timelines , safety , quality , budget and compliances .

- Qualification :- B.E (Mechanical) or Equivalent
- Experience :- 10+ Years
- Remarks :- Execution experience with emphasis on high side HVAC system and internal AC works along with Pre commissioning & Commissioning of Mechanical HVAC System in infrastructure projects consisting of large commercial / institutional building complexes is essential . Eg : Centralised plant room , MAGLEV Chillers CPM , ATC system , CTI certified Cooling Towers , variable pumping systems for various Ventilation systems including DOAS , Wet & dry scrubbers , heat exchangers recovery systems , outdoor AHUs , high - Low temperature circuits and associated equipment along with electrical integration , ITC works of various kind & shapes of HVAC ducting at site.
- Qualification :- B.E Electrical or Equivalent
- Experience :- 10+Years
- Remarks :- Execution experience with emphasis on electrical power system and controls in infrastructure projects consisting of large commercial / institutional building complexes is essential . Eg : High Voltage ( 66/33/11 KV ) electrical systems [ including AIS & GIS substations along with relay & control panels , power and distribution transformers , HT cabling works , HT switchboards , SCADA / DCS system along with associated works , MLTP , SDBs , AHF , APFC panels , cable trays , etc , harmonic studies , earthing and lightning protection systems , Gas Gensets & UPS Installation & testing .

- Experience :- 10+ Years
- Remarks :- Execution experience with emphasis on Internal electrical works , local distribution substation , ELV control & command centers in infrastructure projects consisting of large commercial institutional building complexes is essential . Eg : Earthing & lightning protection system , fire safety in substation , cable trenches and other parts of electrical system , ITC works of distribution transformers , HT panels & power cables , cable trays , LT and distribution panels , Internal electrical works , Complete low voltage systems ( Fire Alarm , PA , Access , CCTV , BMS , AV Security , etc. along with IT works .

- Experience :- 10+ Years
- Remarks :- Execution experience with emphasis on Solar PV Power System and External electrical works in infrastructure projects consisting of large commercial / institutional building complexes is essential . Eg : Solar PV Power at High Voltage ( 11 KV ) electrical system with step up transformers and its cabling works with control & monitoring with centralised SCADA / DCS system , external Electrical works , ITC works of Street & high mast Lighting , under ground cable laying , electrical earthing and lightning protection systems , EV charging stations , façade lighting etc.
